Our Evening San Sebastián

We headed in the direction of old town and found the restaurant recommended by the inter web. The most interesting and authentic thing about tapas in San Sebastián and what is their 'thing' is that they lay out tons and tons of tapas on the bar. When you arrive you get a plate and fill it. Before eating you show the bar tender and he put how much it costs into the system. It is very unique, people hop from pub to pub getting something different everywhere they go.

We were a slight exception as celiac was an issue. Well this place had tons to eat! We needed a menu though but when did it was a free for all. Walked up told him and a few minutes later he would yell something make eye contact and we rush to get it. Cheapest glasses of wine ever. Even the most expensive is cheap. And really not that bad either. Small portions is tapa style, and standing to eat it. Quite the fun experience!

We walked and got some sorbet after that and headed inland for the river. We walked along it for a few minutes before deciding to head back to our home and resting place. Another fun experience!

And so the adventure continues...
